C and I have fought more in the past two weeks then we have in the past two years.
Is this normal behavior for a couple when hunting for a house?
This sucks.

House Hunting
We have recently bought Home Buying for Dummies and I must admit that I have a hard time reading it. Not because I don't get it, but it's not a subject I find that interesting. But alas, I keep on keeping on because we are buying a house and I want to be informed on what's going on. There's nothing like sitting in a meeting with a glazed look on your face!
So far we have talked with our credit union in regards to a mortgage. The numbers looked good and it wasn't too far off from what we were expecting. But the man behind the desk was anything but inspiring. Ever have the sensation that the person who is talking straight at you is actually looking right through you. Like you were just a thing that was keeping him from his daily web surfing. Well, needless to say we are going to "shop" around.
Today we had an entirely different experience during a meeting with a buying agent. Sylvia was recommended by a coworker and we both agreed that we liked her. She is French, owns many homes in the area we are looking into and has two dogs (one of which is a Newfie like breed!). How could we not?
With each step it's becoming more real and that is an exciting and scary thing!
