Yesterday I turned 32.


Let me just think on that for a moment...wow, has it only been that long?

I had a nice birthday. I was awakened to not one but two renditions of the birthday song. At work I got many well wishes, balloons and gifts (thanks miss kate...you rock!). Last night I was taken to an overlook for a romantic walk that ended with wine glasses, a gift card to the yarn garden (oh yeah baby!) and a five dollar bottle of water. Then I was taken to St. John's to see Iron Man.


The day ended with me snuggling into bed next to my daughter, gleefully falling asleep to the sound of her breathing.

I am a lucky lady.
